Curriculum Cycle:

A Multi-Year Journey Through Space

Sol Academy Space Agency isn't a one-off program—it's a dynamic, repeating cycle designed for long-term growth. Spanning three calendar years, our curriculum evolves with your child, allowing them to revisit themes at deeper levels as they advance through grade cohorts. A student starting in 3rd grade could enjoy fresh experiences every year through high school, with missions never unfolding the same way twice due to student-driven decisions.

The Three-Year Cycle

  • Spring 2026 (Pilot Term): Dive into an alternate history of the space race, starting in 1956 and racing to the present day (2025). Students build foundational agencies, mastering early rocketry, orbital basics, and historical milestones through gamified missions.

  • Summer 2026 Camps: Focus on self-sustainability in space. Explore space stations, moon bases, and Mars colonies with intensive projects on life support systems, resource management, and habitat design.

  • 2026-2027 School Year: Early industrialization of the solar system and the rise of private space enterprises. Agencies tackle commercialization, satellite networks, and interplanetary economics, applying advanced math and physics.

  • Summer 2027 Camps: Terraforming Mars and managing permanent colonies. Hands-on simulations cover atmospheric engineering, biodiversity in space, and governance of off-world societies.

  • 2027-2028 School Year: Later-stage industrialization, advanced terraforming, and preparations for interstellar travel. Delve into fusion propulsion, asteroid mining, and ethical challenges in expansion.

  • Summer 2028 Camps: Interstellar missions. Prototype warp concepts, exoplanet scouting, and long-duration travel strategies.

  • Fall 2028 and Beyond: Humanity's expansion beyond the solar system, blending sci-fi with real physics (e.g., relativity, particle physics, AI). Then, in Spring 2029, the cycle resets to 1956—older students now lead with sophisticated insights, ensuring novelty and progression.
