SUMMER Space CAMPS
SUMMER 2026: Self-sustainability in space
Blast off into the future of human exploration!
This summer, Sol Academy transforms your young explorer into a key member of humanity's next frontier: building sustainable outposts beyond Earth.
In our 2026 summer camps, students dive deep into the real challenges of living off-planet.
Inspired by NASA's Artemis program, private space ventures, and the long-term vision of multi-planetary life, campers will design, prototype, and test systems for self-sustaining habitats on space stations, the Moon, and Mars.
It's hands-on, gamified STEM at its best—perfect for grades 3–12!

Why Summer Space Camps?
-
Our camps consist of eight full days spanning two weeks, (Monday through Thursday,) packed with collaborative projects.
-
Just like in our hybrid homeschoo program, mixed ages work together in agency-style teams.
Older campers lead missions and mentor younger ones, building leadership and teamwork.
-
Draw from strategy simulations to make decisions about resource allocation, life support, and habitat design.
Every calculation and prototype has a purpose—failure is just a test flight for the next iteration!
-
Kids master engineering design, physics of closed-loop systems, biology of life support (e.g., hydroponics, air recycling), chemistry of resource extraction, and math for budgeting and modeling—all while having an absolute blast!
